Background
TenChat is a Russian professional network built for business networking and expert publishing, positioned as a domestic alternative to LinkedIn after the latter's withdrawal from the market.
A profile on a national professional network is a piece of infrastructure rather than a publication: it is where a claim about someone's work can be checked against a maintained record, and where enquiries arrive from people who found the work through a search rather than an introduction. Its presence in an archive of press coverage is a matter of completeness — the collection is meant to be the whole record, including the entries that are unremarkable.
